| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Unfortunately, due to the Post Office raising their postage prices recently we have had to put our postage price up to reflect this. We may use Collect Plus courier from time to time to try and keep our postage prices to a minimum but please be aware that this can take between 2-5 days for an item to be delivered. Postage & Packaging Stationery £3.00 Everything else £4.95 Any orders over £75 are free to post within the UK. We also offer UK Special Delivery which costs £8.40 and will be sent out to you for the next day and requires a signature. International Posting Europe £15 USA/ Canada £30 Australia/ New Zealand £35 Rest of the world £35 We currently only accept Paypal as payment. You can use Paypal even if you don't have a Paypal account. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake. If we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason we shall send notification via email. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. Please note that handmade items may also be subject to slight variations in colour and finish in comparison to the picture on the website. Products that fall under the 'Rescued and Reloved' category will each differ slightly from that shown in the web image. Whilst we have the highest level of quality and consistency across all our products, reclaimed items may feature minor imperfections which reflect their age and heritage. Please also be aware that these products may also vary in colour and size. By purchasing an item you are automatically opting in to our newsletter. You can opt out of this by clicking on the unsubscribe button that you will find on the newsletter. Gift Vouchers All gift vouchers must be used within a year of the date purchased. | Shipping And Handling All orders will be fulfilled within 48 hours of payment being processed. If there are any issues or delay in dispatch we will notify you immediately. All items will be sent through the Royal Mail and Magpie Miller cannot be held responsible for any delays resulting from their service. | Back Orders All products are beautifully handmade by our various suppliers so we are unable to guarantee that all items will be permanently stocked. We will do our utmost to ensure that the website reflects the stock levels but in the rare event that an item is out of stock once ordered we will notify you. | Returns Policy We endeavour to pack our items with the care they deserve but in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged please email sales@magpiemiller.co.uk within 24 hours of receiving your item so that we can arrange an exchange at your convenience. Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns at this time and will need proof of postage if you do need to return an item. Once we receive the item back in saleable condition we will refund you the full amount excluding shipping fees within a maximum of thirty (30) days. If the product is new, it must be returned in an unused condition with all the original packaging and product tags still attached. New and unused means that there are no marks on the item or any wear on the tags. We will not accept any item with any indication that it was used. In such cases, the item will be returned to the purchaser. If you purchase a 'Rescued and Reloved' product it must be sent back in the same condition as it was sent to you. We carefully catalogue our items so we can ensure quality and these will be used as comparison once the item has been sent back to the company. These terms apply to your order.
